Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Shirley Wayne Washington.

A. Rollcall by Reginald Thomas

B. Approval of Agenda

Motion made by Ann Tramontana to accept the agenda; seconded by Bob Spirito; approved unanimously.

C. Approval of Minutes

Motion made by Ann Tramontana to accept the minutes; seconded by Reverend Walter Johnson, Jr.; approved unanimously.

D. Coordinator’s Report

Motion made by Ann Tramontana to accept the Coordinator’s Report; seconded by Bob Spirito; approved unanimously.

IVE OIC Lieutenant Joann Peterson reports that during the month of April 2007, a total of 11 case numbers were assigned to open cases (10 “C” and 1 “I”). IVE also reports that 7 cases were closed and assigned respective dispositions (non-pursued, non-complaint, mediated, etc.)

E. Open Floor

No other guests present.

F. Unfinished Business

Motion was made by Bob Spirito to table the two items that were pending. Seconded by Robin Hobson, one abstention vote by Bill Bixby.

G. Subcommittee Reports

Overview of field trip to Yonkers, NY. Please note that attendees went on their own time (some taking time off from work) and using their own personal vehicles.


H. New Business

Citizen’s Academy to commence, and the CRB is scheduled to present on June 6, 2007, at 6:30 p.m. (all members are invited).
